The Qyo Inquisitor Capitsan Barocheill arrives with an armed entourage to the newly-constructed Fort Telios, as was expected and planned for by the Knights of Sarracennia. He hurls accusations of religious crimes to Dumort of Ericales and Juss Atonia for aiding the expelled enemies of the Qyo Empire. Telios stands to face her executioner, and breaks her vow of silence to throw words back at the cardinal leader of the Qyo Faith. Preparations are made for a strong defensive by the Sarracennians and their Fulgen friends of faith and of misfortune by both their homeland and the growing power of the Monos of Qyo.
